Green Smoothie
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 pear
1 1/2 cup of orange juice
1 frozen banana
Lately, I’ve been practicing a healthier life style which lead me to juicing weekly and exercising more. I had some free time this weekend so I decided
to make a green smoothie which contains two of my favorite ingredients which are orange
juice and a banana.
Just combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until
it is smooth to your desire. I hope you enjoy this tasty, yet healthy
smoothie!
